Cancellations:
Any cancellation within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee unless it can be filled by another booking. Cancellation fees must be paid at the time of cancellation to secure future confirmed bookings. Home of Beauty reserves the right to cancel future bookings when fees remain unpaid.

Home of Beauty reserves the right to refuse an appointment for late arrivals or reduce the time of a treatment

Other:
Emailed Pre-treatment forms must be completed and returned prior to an appointment; Home of Beauty reserves the right to cancel a booking should forms not have been completed

Skin tests must be carried out at least 48hrs prior to a booked treatment, this can be booked online. Home of Beauty reserves the right to cancel bookings that have not booked a skin test prior to treatments.

Your privacy is important to Home of Beauty and the commitment to maintaining the privacy of any personal information received from you. By giving Home of Beauty your details, you accept that they will be used for operational purposes only.

Home of Beauty is a ‘one to one’ professional establishment that performs various aesthetic procedures therefore it is not suitable for any accompanied party.

Deposit for Large Bookings:
If your booking is either longer than 2.5 hours, or is over the value of £200, a £50 non-refundable deposit will be requested. Should you need to cancel or change your booking the normal bookings conditions will apply.

Outside 48 hrs – No Charges

Within 48 hrs – 50% Charge

No Show or on the day cancellation – 100% Charge

If you have paid a deposit and are outside of the cancellation period, you will be able to transfer your deposit to your new date providing it falls within 6 weeks of your original booking. Deposits will not redeemable against retail products.
