Terms and Conditions (Consumer Terms and Conditions)

Cancellations:

Any cancellation within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee unless it can be filled by another booking. Cancellation fees must be paid at the time of cancellation to secure future bookings made or already booked.  Home of Beauty reserves the right to cancel future bookings when fees remain unpaid. 

Home of Beauty reserves the right to refuse an appointment for late arrivals or reduce the time of a treatment

Other:

Emailed Pre-treatment forms must be completed and returned prior to an appointment, Home of Beauty reserves the right to cancel a booking should forms not have been completed

Skin tests must be carried out at least 48hrs prior to a booked treatment, this must be booked directly with Home of Beauty – 01249 814744 (07974360533). Home of Beauty reserves the right to cancel bookings that have not booked a skin test prior to treatments.

Home of Beauty is a ‘one to one’ professional establishment that performs various aesthetic procedures therefore it is not suitable for any accompanied party.
